A few questions

I was wondering why I cant connect the server. That, and how do I register for an account. Do you guys have a CP or do I have to do it by adding _m/f?

_M /_F registration.

Check to see if you have the latest GRF, and make sure you do not have other servers installed in your RO folder with TechRO installed in it.

Also check if your firewall is on. Turn it off.
Delete data folder.

Also don't forget, The server may be down due to maintenance/Updates. The server is still new
